Bioactive B-vitamin formsSuper B-Complex Effervescent delivers nutrients in their most bioavailable and effective forms, so they are instantly usable. We use a boosted dose of vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (rather than the cheaper poorly absorbed cyanocobalamin form) for enhanced uptake. We use 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate which is the body-ready form of folate, as 6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (most standard supplements contain synthetic folic acid). We also use the active form of riboflavin, riboflavin-5-phosphate. Similarly, we include vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the only form of B6 with cofactor activity. |
