HOW TO USE YOUR USE YOUR SPIKEY BALLS?
Simply sit or lay on your Spiky Massage Ball and use your body weight to apply pressure to a tight muscle, to encourage the spiky ball to really target the deep trouble-spots and also encourages muscles to relax. You can work on tight spots for 15-60 seconds until your muscles relax, then you could try and repeat for 15-90 seconds. Keep breathing as you perform these exercises, and avoid bony areas.
WARM TIPS:
- Our spiky massage balls are made of hard plastic with spikes, designed for deep tissue massage, suitable for healthy/more flexible tissue.
- If you have sensitive skin or are using the ball on a particularly sore/injured/bruised spot, do not use the spiky ball. A softer ball may be more comfortable.
